One Pot Pasta Limone

(Cooking for 1 - adjust accordingly)
TIPS:
This took 15 minutes to make. That's it! Simple and easy.
Everyone measures spaghetti their own way - my preferred method is to bunch the noodles until they equal the diameter of a quarter - and that's a serving.
INGREDIENTS
1 serving of spaghetti
1 1/2 cups of water
1/2 leek, sliced thin
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 lemon - both zest and juice
1 sprig basil
salt and pepper
parmesan cheese
DIRECTIONS
Add about 1 1/2 cup of water, pasta, leeks, garlic, lemon zest, basil, salt and pepper in a skillet
Bring the water to a boil and cook, stirring until the water is nearly gone and pasta is fully cooked. It took me around 10 minutes - I also had to add a bit more water as the pasta wasn't fully cooked by the time the water had evaporated. Use your best discretion
Add lemon juice and parmesan, stir a little bit more then season with salt and pepper.
Garnish with basil and lemon zest.
